  • What are the steps to scan and collect points via the T360 App?
    All T Privilege members can claim points through the T360 App while shopping at partnering retailers and outlets.

  • Scan the merchant’s QR code and fill in your mobile phone number, receipt number and the total bill.

  • Cashier will key in the Awarding Pin and then members may submit their form upon completion.
Retailer will approve the transaction and the poins will be auto-generated and reflected within 7 days.
  • What is the Awarding Pin in the point awarding section?
    Every merchant has their own unique Awarding Pin. The Awarding Pin is used to verify the validity of the transaction so that points may be awarded to the member and reflected within 7 days.

    Upon signing on, Merchants will be required to create vouchers which members may redeem, to increase footfall. Other services provided include advertising including email direct marketing (database of 30k++), social media posting, mobile app advertising (expected 30k to 100k views), the employee portal (all Tropicana employees) and event collaborations for campaigns and contests.
